Stuffed Chicken Breasts


I asked for this recipe right at the dinner table … yum!

Makes 6 rolled breasts



6 boned half chicken breasts
6 slices bread
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
cream of chicken soup


Mix well, place by handfuls on top of each breast, secure with toothpicks, place in baking pan.

Sprinkle with lemon juice & dot with butter. Bake covered with plastic wrap in microwave 15 minutes, 70% power.

Top with spoonfuls of cream of chicken soup. Bake uncovered in 425 degree oven 20 minutes.
