Salmon Loaf Supreme

2 Cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon Accent
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 - 1 lb. can Salmon


Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl, use fork to combine bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt, Tabasco, Accent, and poultry seasoning.

Add flaked salmon and turn into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan, smoothing off top.

Bake 45 minutes until firm in center. Turn out right side up on heated platter.

Serve sliced loaf with Spiced Peaches as garnish and Pea & Onion Sauce over each slice.
