Roast Prime Ribs Of Beef

Ingredients:

6 lb. rib roast
Salt
Pepper
Thyme

 

Rub room temperature roast with salt, pepper & thyme. Put on rack in roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees; 20 minutes per pound for rare or meat thermometer at 125 degrees. Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper & thyme half way through roasting time.
