Pineapple Cream Salad

2 packages lime flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 #2 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans


Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly and fold in sour cream, salt, pineapple & pecans. Blend thoroughly and turn into one large or 8 individual molds, chill until firm. Unmold on crisp salad greens, garnish with fresh fruits and serve with mayonnaise. (In using one large mold, select a 1 1/2 to 2 quart mold).
