Pea and Onion Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons margarine
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups cooked peas
1/3 cup minced onions

 

Melt margarine, add flour, pepper and salt; stir until smooth. Add milk and stir in peas and onions. Stir and heat until warm.

Can be served over slices of Salmon loaf.
