Homemade Fudge

 

Can fudge be this easy?

 

Ingredients:

3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 - 14oz. can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
dash of salt
1 cup chopped nuts (only if you like them)
1 - 1/2 tsp. vanilla

 

In a heavy sauce pan over low heat, melt the chips with the condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat, stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into a 8 or 9 inch pan lined with aluminum foil.

Chill 2 hours till firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board, peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely at room temperature.
