Line a long baking
dish with graham crackers. Mix pudding with 2 cups of milk,
beat with whisk, then fold in cool whip. Make layer after layer
of graham crackers and pudding mixture. I use a whole box of
graham crackers and end with those on top.
Put first 3 ingredients in sauce pan and cook on medium
heat until it comes to a boil, stirring often. When it
boils take off heat and add the butter and vanilla and
beat it. Pour over graham cracker and pudding layers.
Good hot or cold.
