Asparagus Pimiento Dip
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of asparagus soup
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon minced pimiento
1 teaspoon minced onion
carrot and celery sticks, cucumber and green pepper strips.
In a bowl, gradually blend soup into cream cheese until smooth,
stir in pimiento and onion. Chill. Serve as a dip with
vegetables. Makes 2 cups dip.
